About The Position

The Warehouse Processor I understands facility operations, including product flow, sorting, register operation, auctions, and the dock area, while providing excellent customer service. The role processes various recycling materials according to established guidelines. The position pays $18.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be able to operate a computerized register.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately handles merchandise purchases according to the Cash Handling Policy and follows the Bin Labeling Procedure to determine merchandise quality and price.
• Assists with moving products to support efficient product flow and with loading and unloading containers and trucks.
• Provides excellent customer service by greeting customers, enhancing their shopping experience, and referring complaints to management promptly.
• Keeps work areas, equipment, the parking lot, and the facility clean, safe, and organized, and assists with other housekeeping duties.
• Assists with auctions, tracking the board, the door verification process, sorting goods according to company guidelines, and setting up the sales floor.
• Assists customers with donations and issues donation receipts.
• Safeguards company property, including donated goods, and reports incidents to management promptly.
• Follows daily assignments and department priorities to ensure productivity.
• Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned or directed.
• Supports the organization's 4DX process and Development through active participation.
