About The Position
AMSOIL INC. has an open and exciting opportunity as a Warehouse Picker/Packer located at our Mississauga, Ontario Distribution Center. As a Warehouse Picker/Packer, you will help pick, pack, process, and ship all outbound AMSOIL orders. You will also interact with customers who pick up their orders daily. The work schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to repetitively lift up to 35 lbs. and occasionally up to 70 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Available Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (total of 40 hrs/wk).
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
- Experience using RF scanner or other barcode scanning system.
- Customer service experience.
Responsibilities
- Pick, check, and pack outbound shipments using handheld scanning device.
- Provide a high level of customer service and assist with loading orders into customer vehicles.
- Assist with inventory control procedures.
- Perform daily computer work related to order processing and shipping systems.
- Complete daily cleaning of distribution center.
