About The Position

The Warehouse Picker Order Selector accurately picks beverage products by matching product numbers and products using a voice audio headset. The role involves hand-stacking cases weighing up to 50 pounds from floor to overhead in a defined pattern on pallets, hand shrink-wrapping completed orders with labels, and moving orders to the loading dock using electronic pallet jack or walkie-rider equipment. The employee may also perform general warehouse housekeeping and other assigned duties. This is a full-time position in Dallas, Texas, scheduled Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM until finished. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed is required. The job is physically active and may involve working in hot or cool, multi-temperature environments.

Requirements

Ability to stand, push, pull, bend, twist, kneel, and lift for the entire duration of the shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift, from floor to overhead.
Ability to use a headset and voice-activated order selector picking system.
Ability to hand shrink-wrap pallets of completed orders.
Ability to work in multi-temperature environments, including hot or cool conditions.
Self-motivated and team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

Repetitively hand-stack cases weighing up to 50 pounds from floor to overhead.
Place beverage products in a defined stacking pattern onto pallets.
Hand shrink-wrap completed orders and apply labels.
Move completed orders to the loading dock using electronic pallet jack or walkie-rider equipment.
Perform general warehouse housekeeping and other duties as assigned.
