About The Position

The Warehouse Picker Order Selector accurately picks products by matching product numbers and products using a voice audio headset. The role involves repeatedly hand-stacking beverage cases weighing up to 50 pounds from floor to overhead, arranging them in defined patterns on pallets, hand-shrink-wrapping completed orders with labels, and moving orders to the loading dock using electronic pallet jack or walkie-rider equipment. The employee may also perform general warehouse housekeeping and other assigned duties. This is a full-time position in Ottumwa, Iowa, scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until finished. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed is required. The work is active and takes place in multi-temperature environments, which may be hot or cool.

Requirements

Ability to work while standing, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, kneeling, and lifting for the entire shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the entire shift, from floor to overhead.
Ability to use a headset and voice-activated order-selector picking system.
Ability to hand-shrink-wrap pallets of completed orders.
Ability to work in multi-temperature environments, including hot or cool conditions.
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

Pick products accurately by matching product numbers and products using a voice audio headset.
Repeatedly hand-stack product cases weighing up to 50 pounds from floor to overhead.
Place beverage products on pallets using a defined stacking pattern.
Hand-shrink-wrap and label completed orders.
Move completed orders to the loading dock using electronic pallet jack or walkie-rider equipment.
Perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
