Warehouse Picker Order Selector
About The Position
The Warehouse Picker Order Selector accurately picks beverage products by matching numbers and products using a voice audio headset. The role involves repeatedly hand-stacking cases weighing up to 50 pounds from floor to overhead in a defined pattern on pallets. The employee hand-wraps completed orders with shrink wrap and a label, then moves them to the loading dock using electronic pallet jack or walkie-rider equipment. General warehouse housekeeping and other assigned duties may also be required. This is a full-time role in Tucson, Arizona, scheduled Monday through Friday beginning at 9:00 AM and continuing until work is finished. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed is required. The position involves active work in a fast-paced environment, including lifting, pushing, and pulling products, and working in hot or cool multi-temperature environments.
Requirements
- Ability to stand, push, pull, bend, twist, kneel, and lift for the entire duration of the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the entire shift, from floor to overhead.
- Ability to work with a headset and voice-activated order-selector picking system.
- Ability to hand-wrap pallets of completed orders with shrink wrap.
- Ability to work in multi-temperature environments, including hot or cool conditions.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Responsibilities
- Pick products accurately by matching numbers and products using a voice audio headset.
- Hand-stack cases of product weighing up to 50 pounds from floor to overhead.
- Place beverage products on pallets in a defined stacking pattern.
- Hand-wrap completed orders with shrink wrap and apply a label.
- Move completed orders to the loading dock using electronic pallet jack or walkie-rider equipment.
- Perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse and other duties as assigned.
