The Warehouse Order Picker Selector accurately picks beverage products by matching product numbers and items using a voice-audio headset. The role involves repeatedly hand-stacking cases weighing up to 50 pounds from floor to overhead and arranging them in a defined pattern on pallets. Completed orders are hand shrink-wrapped, labeled, and moved to the loading dock using electronic pallet jack or walkie-rider equipment. The position may also include warehouse housekeeping and other assigned duties. Work takes place in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment and requires staying active throughout the shift. This is a full-time position in Cadillac, Michigan, scheduled Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. until finished. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed is required. Starting pay is $21.38 per hour, increasing to $22.52 per hour in the quarter after the employee's six-month anniversary.
