About The Position

The primary responsibility of the warehouse partnership coordinator position is to develop and manage the community partnerships in the distribution network. This position will develop and manage the reporting structure and expectations of partners beyond resource distribution. The warehouse partnership coordinator will also maintain all partnership data in the inventory system and keep updated.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and manages the community partner database in the HELM system, tracking applications, partner data, and statuses.
  • Manages the partner review process in the HELM system, keeping up-to-date records and documentation.
  • Ensure partners are providing verification of resources received and submitting proper reporting.
  • Inspects and investigates partners and their distribution sites as part of the ongoing review process.
  • Ensures community partners provide monthly reporting, detailing resources distributed, their impacts and their outcomes.
  • Oversee the partner portal and assist partners with technical issues.
  • Assist in continued development of the portal and the inventory system.
  • Develops and maintains partner portfolios for the Compassion Ministries team.
  • Cultivates and nurtures relationships with community partners through frequent and consistent communication methods.
  • Records data efficiently and accurately into complex software systems.
  • Ensure all interactions with donors, community partners, and families are maintained with confidentiality except by law to report.
