About The Position

The job requires hands-on work with a variety of products and adherence to ISO regulations.

Requirements

Lifting, lowering, and carrying packages that typically weigh 25 - 35 lbs. and may weigh up to 70 lbs.
Standing on feet for extended periods of time.
Ability to work in reasonably warm/cool environments.
Solid track record of focused and productive work.
Safety-toe boots or shoes are required.
Treating everyone with kindness and respect.
Taking ownership and responsibility.

Nice To Haves

Forklift driving experience.
Experience with calipers.

Responsibilities

Specializing in a specific warehouse function: Packing, Picking, or Shipping/Receiving.
Operating equipment including digital scales, calipers, computers, and forklifts.
Providing Quality Control by inspecting all products before and after packing, ensuring incoming and outgoing shipments are properly packaged and processed according to ISO regulations.
Ensuring timely accuracy in inspections and quantities.
Working as a team by knowing when to ask for help and when to assist teammates.
Following all safety regulations.
Operating under ISO guidelines.
Maintaining organized positions for productivity.
Performing repetitive actions to maximize consistent, high-quality results.
