About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a seasonal Warehouse Package Handler to help move packages through its warehouse during the holiday season. This active, hands-on role involves working with a team to unload, sort, move, and load packages safely and efficiently so they reach their next destination on time. The position is located at 701 Crossroads Blvd, Door J, Logan Township, NJ 08085, and is scheduled Monday through Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. or until the end of sort. Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means all required daily sort work and cleanup activities have been completed as directed by site management.

The seasonal assignment is scheduled from November 16, 2026, through December 31, 2026. The role pays $18.50 per hour, with overtime pay consistent with applicable law and premium pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. A $1,000 end-of-season bonus is advertised, subject to eligibility, location, assignment, and other terms and conditions. Seasonal team members may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends, based on eligibility and availability; continued employment is not guaranteed.

This is an active warehouse role requiring repeated lifting, extended standing or walking, and frequent physical movements. The warehouse may be hot or cold, as temperature-control capabilities may be limited. With or without reasonable accommodation, employees must be able to perform the listed physical tasks.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages as described in the posting.
• Be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods during a scheduled shift.
• Be able to frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Be able to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Be able to work in hot or cold environments where temperature-control capabilities may be limited.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep the work area organized and ready for work.
• Work as part of a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
• Complete required sort work and cleanup activities as directed by site management.
