About The Position

The Warehouse Order Selector fills retail orders in several pick mediums within Order Processing, including Single Carton Fill, Multi Carton Fill, and Batch Cart. The employee wears a headset and uses a handheld device to complete customer orders using computer-generated documents, selecting 2D and 3D products from warehouse bins and meeting production expectations. Work methods vary by area, so flexibility to fill in across all work types is required. The role also involves selecting and packing items in cartons and placing cartons on a conveyor system while following standard operating procedures and maintaining quality and customer service. Teamwork, cooperation, flexibility, and applying LEAN principles to solve problems and eliminate waste are expected. Employees are responsible for their own safety and the safety of peers, must follow established safety policies and procedures, and must report injuries and unsafe conditions. Department business needs may require additions or changes to duties. The position is located at Hallmark's Liberty Distribution Center in Liberty, Missouri, and the employee may be required to work at all Liberty/DC locations. Relocation is not provided.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
Must be able to constantly stand, walk, push/pull, and reach above shoulder level.
Must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds constantly; up to 40 pounds frequently; and lift up to 60 pounds occasionally.

Nice To Haves
