About The Position

The Warehouse Order Selector fills retail orders in multiple pick mediums within Order Processing, including Single Carton Fill, Multi Carton Fill, and Batch Cart. The employee wears a headset and uses a handheld device, with flexibility to perform all work types required. Using computer-generated documents, the employee selects 2D and 3D products from warehouse bins, meets production expectations, and selects and packs items in cartons before placing cartons on a conveyor system. The role requires adherence to standard operating procedures and the highest possible quality and customer service. Teamwork, cooperation, flexibility, and use of LEAN principles to solve problems and eliminate waste are expected. Employees are responsible for their own safety and the safety of peers, must follow established safety policies and procedures, and must report injuries and unsafe conditions. Department business needs may result in additions or changes to duties. The position is located at Hallmark's Liberty Distribution Center in Liberty, Missouri; work at all Liberty/DC locations may be required, and relocation is not provided.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
Able to read, write, and understand English.
Able to constantly stand, walk, push/pull, and reach above shoulder level.
Able to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds constantly; up to 40 pounds frequently; and lift up to 60 pounds occasionally.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
