About The Position

The Warehouse Order Selector fills retail customer orders in several Order Processing pick mediums, including Single Carton Fill, Multi Carton Fill, and Batch Cart. The employee wears a headset and uses a handheld device, with flexibility to work across all described work types as needed. Using computer-generated documents, the employee picks 2D and 3D products from warehouse bins while meeting production expectations, then selects and packs items in cartons and places the cartons on a conveyor system. The role emphasizes quality, customer service, teamwork, cooperation, flexibility, and applying LEAN problem-solving and waste-elimination principles. Employees must follow standard operating procedures and safety policies, report injuries and unsafe conditions, and take responsibility for their own safety and that of their peers. Duties may change based on department business needs. This third-shift position is at Hallmark’s Liberty Distribution Center in Liberty, Missouri. The schedule is described as Sunday night through Friday morning, 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Employees may be required to work at all Liberty/DC locations. Relocation is not provided.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
Able to read, write, and understand English.
Able to constantly stand, walk, push/pull, and reach above shoulder level.
Able to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds constantly; up to 40 pounds frequently; and lift up to 60 pounds occasionally.

Nice To Haves
