About The Position

The Warehouse Order Puller operates a stand-up forklift or reach truck and uses an RF scan gun to accurately pull orders, print labels, and prepare pallets for shipment. The role supports a fast-paced warehouse team, maintains a focus on safety and continuous improvement, and may include other duties assigned by management for training or operational needs. The position requires the ability to meet physical demands that include regularly lifting or moving up to 45 pounds. Employees are regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and vibration, and frequently to fumes or airborne particles; occasional exposure may include extreme heat and electrical shock risk. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer knowledge.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Attention to detail.
Professional communication when dealing with the public and employees at any level.
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment and pull the required number of orders per day.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence; and present information effectively in one-on-one and small-group situations.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to work overtime.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including regularly lifting or moving up to 45 pounds.
