Piece-Rate Warehouse Order Picker
About The Position
We are seeking dependable, hardworking Warehouse Order Pickers for a fast-paced piece-rate picking operation. Employees are paid based on the number of cases accurately picked and completed. This position is suited to self-motivated people who work efficiently and want the opportunity to increase their earnings through strong performance. Compensation is piece-rate, with earnings determined by the number of qualifying cases accurately picked and completed. Efficient and accurate employees can earn at the higher end of the anticipated $15–$35 per-hour equivalent range. Compensation, minimum-wage protections, and overtime calculations will be administered in accordance with applicable federal and state wage-and-hour requirements. Requirements

- Ability to walk approximately 20,000 or more steps per shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
- Ability to regularly handle products weighing 1 to 10 pounds and occasionally handle products weighing 10 to 20 pounds.
- Ability to safely move loaded pallets using approved material-handling equipment.
Responsibilities
- Pick the correct products and quantities according to assigned orders.
- Stack cases neatly, securely, and logically on pallets.
- Maintain pallet stability and protect products from damage.
- Verify product numbers, quantities, and order details for accuracy.
- Move completed pallets to the designated staging area.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow warehouse procedures and safety requirements.
- Maintain consistent productivity without sacrificing accuracy or quality.
