About The Position

The Warehouse Order Filler performs basic essential functions in a distribution center, focusing on understanding and meeting productivity and accuracy goals. The role involves reading pick tickets, identifying locations and part numbers, selecting parts in the quantities listed, and visually verifying that each part matches the ticket description and part number. The position is full time, Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and pays $18 per hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

The work requires frequent standing and walking, repetitive motions, and use of hands and arms to reach, grasp, lift, push, and pull from floor level to overhead. Regular bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching are required; occasional sitting, climbing, or balancing may occur. The role requires regularly handling objects up to 15 pounds, frequently handling objects up to 40 pounds, and occasionally handling heavier objects. Team lifting or material-handling equipment is required for items over 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a high school diploma, GED, or one year of relevant work experience.
• Be able to match part numbers and enter data within systems.
• Be able to perform the role’s physical essential functions, with or without reasonable accommodation, including the stated lifting and movement requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities
