About The Position

TVH is seeking a motivated, results-driven Warehouse Associate to work as an Order Filler at its Reno, Nevada location. This full-time role works Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The position is part of a global company that emphasizes customer and employee satisfaction, teamwork, personal growth, creativity, and initiative. The Order Filler verifies, pulls, checks, packs, and relabels orders and outgoing shipments. The role requires attention to order accuracy and timeliness, selecting appropriate shipping containers, maintaining a clean work area, and assisting with other duties assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager. It involves frequent standing and walking, repetitive hand and arm movements, bending and kneeling, and lifting materials, with team lifting or material-handling equipment required for items over 50 pounds. Requirements

At least 1 year of general warehouse experience.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
High school diploma, GED, or 1 year of relevant work experience.
Ability to accurately match part numbers.
Basic proficiency using the Internet and/or computer systems to locate information.
Ability to perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to meet the role's physical demands, including lifting and/or moving up to 15 pounds regularly, up to 40 pounds frequently, and over 50 pounds occasionally; team lifting or material-handling equipment is required for items over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Verify the accuracy of orders and relabel outgoing shipments.
Follow procedures for pulling and checking orders.
Select appropriate shipping containers to provide maximum product protection.
Check and pack orders according to the packing slip, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Clean the work area at the end of each shift.
Assist with other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.
