About The Position

TVH is seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Order Filler to join its warehouse team. The role involves accurately selecting, checking, and packing customer orders to support fast and reliable fulfillment in a warehouse environment. Requirements

At least 1 year of general warehouse experience.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma, GED, or 1 year of relevant work experience.
Ability to accurately match part numbers.
Basic proficiency using the Internet and/or computer systems to locate information.
Ability to perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation, including the described physical tasks.

Responsibilities

Locate, pull, and verify inventory using packing slips and digital tools.
Select suitable packaging materials, pack items securely, and prepare outgoing shipments.
Visually inspect order items and labels to prevent errors and maintain order accuracy.
Lift, move, and stack packages safely while maintaining stamina during periods of standing or walking.
Keep work areas, packing stations, and shared warehouse spaces clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.
Assist team leaders and supervisors with inventory audits, stocking, and general warehouse tasks as assigned.
