About The Position

TVH is seeking a motivated, results-driven Order Filler to join its warehouse team in Reno, Nevada. The position is full-time and scheduled Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The role focuses on accurately pulling, checking, packing, labeling, and preparing outgoing orders while maintaining a clean work area. The position offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a pay range of $16 to $21 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of general warehouse experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED, or 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Ability to accurately match part numbers.
• Basic proficiency using the Internet and/or computer systems to locate information.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation, including frequent standing and walking, repetitive motion, reaching, grasping, lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds regularly, up to 40 pounds frequently, and over 50 pounds occasionally; team lifting or material handling equipment is required for items over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Verify order accuracy and relabel outgoing shipments.
• Follow procedures for pulling and checking orders.
• Select appropriate shipping containers to protect products.
• Check and pack orders against packing slips accurately and on time.
• Clean the work area at the end of each shift.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.
