About The Position

The Warehouse Order Builder prepares and builds customer orders for shipment, ensuring accurate fulfillment and that products are secured for transport before loading onto delivery trucks. The role uses pick tickets and voice-picking software, operates powered industrial equipment, follows good manufacturing practices and warehouse safety standards, meets daily productivity requirements, and stages completed pallets in designated shipping areas. Work takes place in a warehouse where temperatures vary with the seasons. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with an 11:00 AM start time.

Requirements

• At least one year of work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to obtain powered industrial truck certification upon hire.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Prior warehouse experience is preferred.
• Prior experience using a pallet jack or forklift is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders using pick tickets and accurately build them for loading onto delivery trucks.
• Build accurate, quality product orders and secure them for transport before loading.
• Operate industrial powered equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Use voice-picking software to meet or exceed company productivity and accuracy standards.
• Follow good manufacturing practices (GMP) and warehouse safety standards.
• Meet daily productivity requirements.
• Stage completed pallets in designated shipping areas.
