About The Position

The Warehouse Order Builder prepares customer orders for shipment by accurately building orders from pick tickets, securing products for transport, and staging completed pallets in designated shipping areas. The role uses voice-picking software and may require operating powered industrial equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks. The Order Builder follows good manufacturing practices and warehouse safety standards while meeting daily productivity and accuracy requirements. This position works third shift, Monday through Friday, from 8 p.m. until completion. The warehouse environment may have temperatures that vary with the seasons. Pay is $19 per hour.

Requirements

At least one year of work experience.
Must be 18 years or older.
Ability to obtain powered industrial truck certification upon hire.
Ability to perform the physical duties described, including frequent lifting of product cases weighing 50 pounds or less.

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Prior warehouse experience preferred.
Prior experience using a pallet jack or forklift preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare orders from pick tickets and accurately build them for loading onto delivery trucks.
Build accurate, quality product orders and secure them for transport before truck loading.
Operate industrial powered equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
Use voice-picking software to meet or exceed company productivity and accuracy standards.
Follow good manufacturing practices (GMP) and warehouse safety standards.
Meet daily productivity requirements.
Stage completed pallets in designated shipping areas.
