About The Position

Cargill is hiring a Warehouse Operator in its Food Enterprise, which serves food manufacturers, food service customers, and retailers with ingredients and branded products. The role is full-time on the second shift, from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Sunday through Thursday. Compensation is $24.50 per hour, increasing to $25.50 per hour after a 90-day probationary period. The position may require overtime, weekends, holidays, or alternate shifts with advance notice. It does not include relocation reimbursement.

Requirements

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Demonstrate basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor industrial environments with exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise, and other varying conditions while using required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Willing and able to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and alternate shifts as needed with advance notice.

Nice To Haves

Basic computer proficiency.
Ability to learn and safely operate forklifts, packaging equipment, and computerized inventory systems.
Experience working safely and efficiently in industrial or manufacturing environments.
