About The Position

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for day-to-day warehouse operations, including transfers of materials and finished goods as directed. The role requires careful inventory tracking and compliance. Responsibilities include organizing inventory transfers for incoming and outgoing shipments; verifying and documenting internal and external inventory movements; loading and unloading trucks and palletized storage racks, including in confined areas and at extreme heights; and preparing goods for shipment. Other related duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Forklift experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Strong mathematical skills.
Well-developed ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Computer literacy, including Excel, Word, and online and cloud-based applications.
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.

Responsibilities

Organize inventory transfers to facilitate incoming and outgoing shipments.
Verify and document inventory movements, both internally and externally.
Load and unload trucks in various conditions.
Load and unload palletized storage racks in confined areas and at extreme heights.
Prepare goods for shipment.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
