About The Position

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Warehouse Operator to help deliver products used by healthcare providers. The role involves safely operating warehouse equipment and moving products throughout the facility, including receiving, scanning, picking, staging, loading, and shipping. The position requires dependable teamwork, attention to quality, and flexibility to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Requirements

• No work experience is required.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Basic keypunch skills.
• Ability to bend, twist, reach, push, and lift for extended periods daily.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours per day, up to 6 days a week.
• High sense of urgency.
• Flexibility to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 months of related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Catalogue, record, and organize materials received at the warehouse.
• Arrange materials for order assembly.
• Fulfill customer worksheets or tickets by reading production schedules, order forms, and requisitions.
• Locate and gather products to move and distribute to production workers, assembly lines, or shipping areas.
• Assemble, build, wrap, sort, and transport customer orders.
• Operate hand trucks, carts, dollies, forklifts, order-pickers, and walkies to transport items.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
