About The Position

The Warehouse Operator performs daily warehouse operations at JINGDONG Logistics in Henderson, Nevada. The role handles receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and loading or unloading, while following standard operating procedures, Warehouse Management System instructions, and client requirements. The operator uses warehouse equipment when certified and works to maintain order accuracy and productivity targets. The position also provides floor support to Team Leads and Supervisors, including helping assign tasks and work zones, training and coaching associates, monitoring workflow, and flagging issues. When supervisors are off the floor, the operator may serve as a point of contact. Additional duties include following safety policies, maintaining organized work areas, supporting cycle counts, communicating operational issues, assisting with basic reporting, and ensuring accurate shift handoffs.

Requirements

Proficiency in order fulfillment processes and inventory management systems.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations.
Ability to handle materials safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

Perform receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and loading or unloading tasks.
Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks when certified.
Follow SOPs, WMS instructions, and client requirements while meeting order-accuracy and productivity targets.
Coordinate with the China-based merchant service team.
Support Team Leads and Supervisors with daily floor operations.
Assist with assigning tasks and work zones, training new hires, and coaching associates on SOPs.
Monitor workflow and flag delays or other operational issues.
Act as a point of contact when supervisors are off the floor.
Follow safety rules and warehouse policies; identify and report safety risks, damaged goods, and process gaps.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in accordance with 5S standards.
Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
Communicate operational issues to leadership and assist with basic attendance, productivity, and exception reporting.
Help ensure shift handoffs are accurate and complete.
