About The Position

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Warehouse Operator to safely operate warehouse equipment and move products throughout the facility. The work includes receiving, scanning, picking, staging, loading, and shipping products used by healthcare providers. The role involves organizing received materials, gathering and assembling customer orders, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. No prior experience is required.

Requirements

• No prior work experience is required.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Basic keypunch skills.
• Ability to bend, twist, reach, push, and lift for extended periods daily.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours per day, up to 6 days per week.
• High sense of urgency.
• Flexibility to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• 1–3 months of related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Catalogue, record, and organize materials received at the warehouse, and arrange materials for order assembly.
• Fulfill customer worksheets or tickets by reading production schedules, order forms, and requisitions.
• Locate and gather products for movement and distribution to production workers, assembly lines, or shipping areas.
• Assemble, build, wrap, sort, and transport customer orders.
• Operate hand trucks, carts, dollies, forklifts, order-pickers, and walkies to transport items.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
