About The Position

The Warehouse Operator performs warehouse activities including pulling and checking customer orders, moving materials, loading and unloading shipments, and general material handling. The role operates equipment needed to store and move products throughout the warehouse. Work is performed under immediate supervision, relying on instructions and established guidelines. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Compensation is $21–$23 per hour, plus a $1 shift differential and a monthly incentive. A. M. Requirements

Basic measurement competency.
Basic math competency.
Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a warehouse environment.

Nice To Haves

High school graduation or equivalent.
One year of work experience.
One year of equipment experience.
PC literacy.
Certification in assigned equipment, such as forklift, Raymond side-loader, or overhead crane.

Responsibilities

Load and unload trucks efficiently.
Perform material movement tasks for order filling, receiving, and loading.
Safely use assigned power equipment to move material and meet order requirements, including crown trucks, Raymond side-loaders, overhead cranes, and forklifts.
Select, fill, and package orders according to customer requirements.
Attach bundle tags to material being shipped and stage it for shipment.
Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines while working under immediate supervision.
Notice and report equipment defects or excessive wear and tear; may set up and perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
