About The Position

The Warehouse Operator supports the safe and efficient movement, storage, and shipment of goods in a distribution center. Cross-trained across multiple warehouse functions, the role contributes to team-focused operations committed to safety, quality, productivity, and cost effectiveness. Accurate and timely customer deliveries are a core priority. The available second shift runs from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM and includes a $1.00 per hour shift differential. Base pay is $24.86 per hour.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent.
Two or more years of general work experience.
Six or more months of forklift or powered industrial truck experience.
Experience with slip-sheet or reach trucks.

Responsibilities

Follow company standard operating procedures related to safety, quality, operations, and people.
Load, unload, stage, and store products using powered industrial trucks (PIT).
Pick products in less-than-pallet quantities and manually assemble mixed pallets.
Stack and unstack products, lifting 35 pounds frequently and 65 pounds occasionally.
Meet or exceed productivity and performance standards.
Use written instructions to accurately pick and process orders.
Prepare and complete customer orders and documentation.
Operate computer terminals and barcode scanners.
Work safely to protect self and others.
Support inventory control processes, including cycle counts.
Maintain a clean, organized work area.
Process damaged products and support recoup activities.
Maintain reliable attendance and work overtime as required.
