About The Position

Clemens Food Group is seeking a dependable Warehouse Operator to help its distribution operations run smoothly by selecting, organizing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. The role involves using an electric rider pallet jack (lowboy), working in refrigerated and freezer areas, building and staging pallets, tracking inventory with touchscreen scanners, and assisting with receiving and stocking. The position requires attention to accuracy, safe work practices, physical activity, and collaboration with coworkers and supervisors. Previous warehouse experience is not required; training and development are offered.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and handle products weighing up to 80–100 pounds.
• Comfortable working in refrigerated and freezer environments.
• Basic math skills and ability to accurately count and organize products.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse, distribution, order picking, or shipping and receiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience operating electric pallet jacks or using warehouse scanners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare orders using an electric rider pallet jack (lowboy).
• Work in refrigerated and freezer warehouse areas to locate and retrieve products.
• Build, wrap, and stage pallets for outbound shipping.
• Use touchscreen scanners to track inventory and ensure order accuracy.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and putting away incoming products.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Participate in daily team huddles and communicate with coworkers and supervisors.
• Work independently while supporting team productivity and daily shipping goals.
