About The Position

Jabil is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to perform physical and administrative work involving the shipping, receiving, storage, distribution, and fulfillment of merchandise, materials, and equipment. The role supports accurate and timely warehouse operations and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The primary work location is the manufacturing floor in Florence, Kentucky, in a climate-controlled environment.

The schedule is Monday through Tuesday and every other Wednesday, from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. The position includes a 15% shift differential for working third shift. Occasional overtime may be required.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, memos, and visual aids.
• Comfort using computers and Windows-based software.
• Ability to work independently and follow standardized procedures.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and other departments.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods against purchase orders or invoices.
• Maintain accurate records and report discrepancies or unsatisfactory items.
• Package and prepare products for shipment according to company standards.
• Safely lift and move heavy items as needed.
• Distribute inventory across warehouses, distribution centers, or production lines.
• Execute physical and electronic transfers of materials accurately and promptly.
• Complete shipping and receiving documentation.
• Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Maintain SAP data integrity through proper electronic material transfers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
