Warehouse Operator II- WHSE 1st Shift Picking
About The Position
As a Warehouse Operator 2 at Clemens Food Group, you help fulfill customer orders by accurately picking and preparing items from refrigerated and freezer zones. Using an electric rider pallet jack (lowboy), you retrieve items, build stable pallets, and stage them for outbound shipment. The role calls for independence, teamwork, and attention to detail. The position also assists with receiving and putting away new inventory, while maintaining cleanliness and following safety procedures. Daily stretching and team huddles take place at 5:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Requirements
- Ability to lift 80–100 lbs.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

- Accurately build and wrap wood or CHEP pallets for staging.
- Use a touch screen scanner for picking and inventory tracking.
- Participate in daily stretching and team huddles at 5:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
- Assist in receiving and putting away new inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
