About The Position

Perform basic warehouse functions while maintaining the integrity of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods and ensuring all quality and safety standards are met. The role involves operating a stand-up (Crown) forklift, handling and staging product, supporting shipping and production needs, and completing warehouse documentation and inventory tasks.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Warehouse experience required.
Forklift experience required, specifically with a stand-up (Crown) forklift.
Good verbal and written communication skills, including legible handwriting.
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to think quickly and handle frequent change.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and quality-driven.
Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Identify pallet locations quickly and efficiently.
Pull product from locations accurately.
Stage product for shipping and transfers using the company’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
Put away product into storage locations accurately.
Ensure product is slotted correctly per assignment.
Fulfill orders and transfers accurately and load outbound trailers.
Support production needs by filling ingredient orders from production lines.
Complete the Product Bin Transfer Log and submit it to Data Entry.
Communicate information and issues across shifts.
Perform cycle counts.
Operate the forklift safely and responsibly.
Complete daily pre-operation and post-operation checks of the assigned forklift.
Assist with general warehouse housekeeping duties.
Assist other warehouse areas as needed.
Comply with all food safety requirements, training, policies, and procedures.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
