Warehouse Operator - 1st Shift
About The Position
This Warehouse Operator position is with Henkel’s Adhesive Technologies business unit. The role supports warehouse and production operations by replenishing production lines, picking and returning materials, handling finished goods, conducting cycle counts, and maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness. The position requires forklift experience and the ability to lift at least 50 pounds and communicate with team members and production staff. It is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable laws. The hourly pay range is $20.00–$22.00; actual compensation may depend on skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location. Shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other compensation may also be available depending on role and location.
Requirements
- Forklift experience required.

- Ability to communicate with the team and production.
Responsibilities
- Replenish production lines and pick materials.
- Return materials and finished goods to the warehouse.
- Conduct cycle counts.
- Consolidate warehouse materials and maintain 5S and cleaning.
