About The Position
DSV is hiring a full-time Warehouse Operator, Data Center Associate in LaGrange, Georgia, within its Solutions division. The role supports warehouse and datacenter operations, including freight handling, inventory management, processing electronic-component returns, and installing and cabling equipment in server racks. The position requires regular interaction with customers and other stakeholders at the datacenter, attention to safety and quality, and the ability to work flexibly across departments. It involves working with live electrical and electronic equipment and components.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of related experience.
- Experience using computers.
- Knowledge of electrical safety and static-discharge hazards and protocols.
- Good interpersonal and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities
- Load and unload inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers.
- Inspect inbound and outbound freight for correct part numbers and quantities and ensure materials are in pristine condition.
- Perform daily inventory cycle counts and place replenishment orders for critical on-site datacenter spare parts.
- Process return shipments of electronic components using multiple warehouse management systems.
- Place server racks on the datacenter floor using laser measuring devices, with 100% accuracy.
- Populate electronic components and install cabling in server racks according to diagrams and schematics.
- Install rack hardware using hand, power, and measuring tools.
- Operate material-handling equipment, including straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks.
- Clean the work area to support safety, cleanliness, and 5S standards.
- Follow safety and process procedures and maintain punctuality, reliability, attention to detail, and quality.
- Interact with customers and on-site stakeholders and build positive working relationships across working groups.
- Use critical thinking and analytical skills to make informed decisions that support production goals.
- Push, pull, and lift frequently throughout the workday.
- Remain flexible and cross-train in multiple datacenter departments.
