Warehouse Operative (Night Shift)
About The Position
As a Lidl Warehouse Operative, you will help ensure stores receive the right stock when they need it. You will pick and pack products across a range of categories, including meat, fruit, frozen and chilled items, and assist with team tasks such as checking stock. You will work independently through orders, follow picking instructions, and make sure deliveries are stacked securely. The role offers a 37.5-hour contract with shifts from 20:30 to 05:00. Pay is listed as £13.80–£14.45 per annum, with additional hourly premiums for bank holidays, night work and freezer work, subject to the stated conditions. Training and a benefits package are provided.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Listen carefully to picking instructions through a headset and carry them out swiftly while multitasking.
- Pick and pack products, including meat, fruit, frozen and chilled items.
- Ensure deliveries are stacked securely.
- Report damaged items to a manager.
- Work responsibly and independently through assigned orders.
- Help with team tasks such as checking stock.
