About The Position

The Warehouse Operative ensures day-to-day logistics activities run effectively and efficiently, including cycle counting, inventory receipting, and processing inbound and outbound shipments. Working as part of a dynamic and growing team, the role supports service to EOS suppliers and customers and contributes to the company’s growth and success. The position also involves storing, handling, and distributing products, materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day operational logistics activities run smoothly and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Perform cycle counting, kitting, picking, packing, shrink wrapping, labeling, and palletizing.
• Support teams with internal moves, additions, and changes.
• Receive and process equipment shipments.
• Perform physical or administrative/physical tasks involving the storage and distribution of products, materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequences such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Examine stocks and distribute materials in inventory.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed.
