About The Position

Join the Warehouse team in a fast-paced, physical role connecting customers with lawn, garden, and other products. Warehouse team members receive trucks full of products and prepare products for customer delivery. Work hours are 6 PM to 4:30 AM.

Requirements

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Accept responsibility and account for actions.
• Perform work accurately and thoroughly.
• Communicate effectively with others.
• Meet customer needs while following company procedures.
• Pay attention to details.
• Work at a sustained pace and produce quality work.
• Be truthful and dependable.
• Obtain in-house Forklift and Haz-Mat certification (HM 126-F) while on the job.

Responsibilities

• Quickly and accurately build and pull customer shipment orders.
• Neatly palletize products.
• Secure products to pallets using an electric film wrap machine or manually.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Safely and efficiently operate machinery, such as forklifts and electric order pickers.
• Follow safety policies and procedures and encourage team members to do the same.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Perform other warehouse duties that support business or customer needs.
• Obtain in-house Forklift and Haz-Mat certification (HM 126-F) while on the job.
