About The Position

Our Clark location is part of our Taste Division, producing flavors and ingredients. Our Clark facility is unique in the sense they have two buildings. The North building has a fruitier smell to it, the teams in that building are producing natural flavorings and essential oils. The South building is the complete opposite, it will have savory and garlic smells because the team is producing seasonings for meat, chicken broth, and beef gravy. The pay rate for this position is $22.07 - $29/hr. The shift is 1st Shift, from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work safely, follow instructions, and communicate clearly required.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to bend, reach, stand, and walk for extended periods.
  • Must be able to visually distinguish labels, product markings, and location identifiers and work safely around forklifts, trailers, and warehouse traffic.

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift or warehouse equipment experience preferred.
  • Basic computer and RF scanning skills preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform safe and accurate movement, replenishment, storage, and staging of materials throughout the warehouse and production support areas.
  • Maintain transaction accuracy, storage discipline, and material availability for production and outbound operations.
  • Move raw materials, packaging, and finished goods using approved warehouse equipment and established traffic rules.
  • Supply production and warehouse areas with materials based on demand, replenishment signals, or supervisor direction.
  • Put away newly received materials into correct locations and maintain accurate RF/SAP movement records.
  • Consolidate and rearrange stock to improve warehouse organization, space use, and picking efficiency.
  • Complete picking queues and move order-ready material to the proper staging or shipping areas when assigned.
  • Follow material status, segregation, allergen, and storage control requirements at all times.
  • Inspect equipment before use and report any safety, damage, or operating issues immediately.
  • Maintain housekeeping in aisles, storage locations, and support areas.
  • Crosstrain in receiving, shipping support, and inventory count support as directed.
  • Escalate mislocated stock, count differences, damaged product, and unsafe conditions promptly.
  • Support adjacent logistics functions as trained and assigned to maintain operational continuity across inbound, internal supply, outbound, and administrative activities.
  • Perform work in accordance with SOPs, GMP, food safety, allergen control, sanitation, and applicable regulatory or transportation standards relevant to the role.
  • Support cycle count preparation, return bin review, or warehouse cleanup projects.
  • Assist with dock support or staging work during peak outbound periods.
