About The Position

Rocky Mountain ATV/MC is hiring Team Members for its Warehouse Operations and Logistics Teams. The company is an employee-owned provider of powersports gear and parts, and describes its environment as fast-paced, exciting, and rewarding.

Team Members help pick, package, and ship products domestically and internationally; receive, inventory, and distribute products; and support material handling, packaging, inventory control, and efficient storage. The role requires sound judgment, attention to quality and service, and collaboration with coworkers to meet high-speed delivery expectations. Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is desired but not necessary; Rocky Mountain ATV/MC provides training and development.

The position involves regular physical activity, including walking across varied surfaces and elevation changes, climbing steps or ladders, handling materials and controls, and frequently sitting, standing, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Employees may need to lift or move up to 45 pounds, or up to 100 pounds with assistance or if capable. • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is desired but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Pick, package, and ship products domestically and internationally.
• Use independent judgment and decision-making to meet operational and service-quality expectations.
• Work with team members to receive, inventory, and distribute products in support of high-speed delivery expectations.
• Handle materials and perform product packaging and distribution.
• Perform inventory control procedures, including monitoring and maintaining storage and inventory efficiency.
• Work cooperatively with others and contribute to a workplace based on teamwork, dignity, and respect.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
