About The Position

Rocky Mountain ATV/MC is hiring Team Members for its Warehouse Operations and Logistics Teams. The company is an employee-owned powersports business that distributes, tests, develops, and manufactures products for powersports enthusiasts. Warehouse Operations Team Members pick, package, and ship domestic and international orders; support receiving, inventory, and distribution; and help maintain fast delivery and service quality. The role involves material handling, packaging, distribution, and inventory control. Team Members use independent judgment to meet operational and quality expectations and work cooperatively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Be able to understand, read, and comprehend instructions and directions, including numbers and specifications.
• Be able to work scheduled hours.
• Be a collaborative team player who can also work independently.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, commitment, pride in work, attention to quality, willingness to learn, and dependability.
• Be able to read, write, and understand basic English.
• Meet the physical requirements of the position, including walking on varied surfaces and elevation changes, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and handling tools, materials, and controls.
• Be able to lift and/or move up to 45 pounds, and up to 100 pounds with assistance or if capable.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is desired but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Pick, package, and ship products for domestic and international orders.
• Help receive, inventory, and distribute products to meet delivery expectations.
• Perform material handling, packaging, and product distribution.
• Carry out inventory control procedures, including monitoring and maintaining storage and inventory efficiency.
• Use independent judgment and decision-making to meet operational and service-quality expectations.
• Work collaboratively and cooperatively with colleagues, supporting teamwork, dignity, and respect.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
