About The Position

Kimball Equipment Company has been serving the aggregate, mining, and heavy equipment industries since 1946. As a leading dealer for brands such as Terex Cedarapids, Terex Finlay, and Superior Industries, we have built our reputation on strong customer relationships, operational excellence, and employees who take pride in what they do. We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our Sparks warehouse operation. We are looking for more than someone who can manage inventory and oversee daily warehouse activities. We want a leader who takes ownership, develops people, solves problems, and continuously looks for ways to make the operation better. At Kimball, how you achieve results matters. Our leaders are expected to serve their teams, act with urgency, stay curious, support the success of the entire company, and take pride in the business as if it were their own. The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, and logistics activities at our Sparks location. This position leads and develops warehouse personnel, drives inventory accuracy, ensures safe and efficient operations, and works closely with Parts, Service, and Sales to support our customers and the overall success of the business. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who sees problems as opportunities to improve, takes responsibility for results, and is willing to step in wherever needed to help the team succeed.
