Warehouse Operations Lead

Parker & Sons•Phoenix, AZ
•$24 - $28•Onsite

About The Position

Parker and Sons is hiring a hands-on Warehouse Operations Lead to support the daily operation of its high-volume warehouse serving HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical operations. The role coordinates daily warehouse activities and participates in receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials, equipment, and supplies. The warehouse handles refrigerants, water softeners, chemicals, HVAC equipment, plumbing supplies, electrical materials, and related inventory. The Warehouse Lead is a primary point of contact for warehouse associates and field technicians. The role resolves material needs, prioritizes urgent requests, supports team productivity, maintains inventory accuracy, and reinforces safe material-handling practices. It is a working lead position, not a supervisory or management role: the lead provides daily direction, training, and frontline support, while formal discipline, performance evaluations, staffing decisions, and policy exceptions remain with management. The schedule is 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday. Compensation is $24.00–$28.00 per hour.
