About The Position

The Warehouse Operations Coordinator will be a key driver of efficient office, purchasing, inventory, pricing, and warehouse workflows. In this role, you'll coordinate daily receiving appointments, support supplier/broker and customer-facing processes, and use Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to keep data, documents, and decisions accurate and on time. The Warehouse Operations Coordinator will partner closely with management, purchasing/logistics, warehouse staff, suppliers, brokers, delivery carriers, and agency stores to keep products moving and customers informed.

Requirements

  • High school graduation or equivalent and one (1) year of experience providing administrative-level support to a business or organization.
  • One (1) year of college level study in accounting, business or public administration, office administration or a related field.
  • One (1) year as an Administrative Services Technician III with the State of Vermont.

Nice To Haves

  • Additional experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, purchasing support, D365 or comparable ERP systems, product/vendor/customer data maintenance, or supplier/customer coordination is relevant to the expanded role.
  • Coursework or experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, business operations, or information systems is also relevant.
  • Comparable experience performing specialized administrative/technical operations coordination in a warehouse, purchasing, inventory, retail operations, or ERP-supported environment should be considered.
  • Preferred experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, warehouse receiving or inventory systems, purchasing support, supplier/broker coordination, product code maintenance, pricing support, special order processing, and customer-facing program administration.
  • Experience working with the VISION system (VISION is the State of Vermont PeopleSoft financial management system) may be required.
  • Experience with D365 or comparable ERP/warehouse inventory systems may be required.
  • Ability to work in warehouse areas and assist with warehouse operational duties as needed may also be required.
