About The Position

The Warehouse Operations Coordinator supports the warehouse supply chain from intake through output. Work includes unloading and loading trucks, putting inventory away in high-rack storage, and moving inventory throughout the warehouse using high-reach trucks and stand-up or sit-down forklifts. The role also uses warehouse management software to help maintain inventory accuracy, prepares orders for shipment, and performs routine maintenance on material-handling equipment. The position is part of RB Global’s Yard Operations team, which supports live auctions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience operating high-reach trucks.
• At least 3 years of experience operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
• Ability to complete internal or third-party training for building-specific equipment.
• Certified on equipment upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate reach trucks, stand-up forklifts, and other material-handling equipment.
• Use warehouse management software to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Pick, wrap, and stage orders for shipment.
• Perform routine maintenance on material-handling equipment.
• Support the company’s safety commitment by taking personal responsibility for the safety of oneself, teammates, coworkers, and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Unload and load trucks, put inventory away in high-rack storage, and move inventory throughout the warehouse.
