About The Position

CJ Pony Parts is hiring a Warehouse Operations Associate in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, to support inbound receiving, outbound order fulfillment, and returns processing. The role helps ensure accurate inventory, on-time shipping, and a safe, organized warehouse environment. The schedule is Monday through Friday on a day shift, with multiple schedules available. Pay is $16–$18 per hour based on experience, paid biweekly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Comfort using scanners and basic computer systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify inbound shipments.
• Pick, inspect, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Process customer returns and document inventory updates.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks.
• Put away products and stage shipments.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow safety policies and meet productivity goals.
