About The Position

CJ Pony Parts is hiring Warehouse Operations Associates in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, to support inbound receiving, outbound order fulfillment, and returns processing. The role helps ensure accurate inventory, on-time shipping, and a safe, organized warehouse environment. The schedule is Monday through Friday on a day shift, with multiple schedules available. Pay is $16–$18 per hour, based on experience, and is paid biweekly.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Comfort using scanners and basic computer systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Warehouse experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify inbound shipments.
• Pick, inspect, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Process customer returns and document inventory updates.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks.
• Put away products and stage shipments.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow safety policies and meet productivity goals.
