About The Position

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform warehouse material-handling duties. The work includes receiving, loading and unloading materials, assembling customer orders, conducting inventory checks, and operating forklift equipment. The role also involves maintaining an orderly and safe facility, and may include assisting customers and preparing sales slips.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Certified Forklift Operator.
• Basic math, organization, and customer service skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Detail-oriented and safety-conscious.

Nice To Haves

• Three or more years of previous warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull and assemble customer orders; check outbound orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct inventory stock checks and daily cycle counts; restock and label vendor products.
• Maintain displays and move, store, and replenish materials.
• Receive and unload inbound materials; process inbound shipments, stock materials, and customer returns.
• Notify management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
• Operate forklift equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility, including sweeping, trash removal, restroom upkeep, and general office maintenance.
• May wait on customers and prepare sales slips.
• Follow safety rules and report accidents, unsafe conditions, and unsafe acts to management.
• Perform other related duties as required.
