Warehouse Associate (FT, Nights)
About The Position
Warehouse Operations performs manual or automated tasks necessary for receiving, storing, and shipping products. The role may involve receiving product, fulfilling and packaging orders, and preparing shipments to meet established team goals and ensure on-time delivery. The Warehouse Associate works Sunday through Thursday from 6:00 PM to 2:40 AM, or until the task is complete. The pay rate is $18.50 per hour, including shift differential. The position is bonus-ineligible. Candidates with little to no warehouse experience are welcome, and training is provided starting on the first day.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Comfort working at heights up to 30 feet.
- Ability to follow directions and change priorities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with technology such as computers or point-of-sale systems.
- Little to no warehouse experience is acceptable; training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Follow established processes to fulfill orders, including accurately picking products, performing quality-control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment.
- Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
- Perform housekeeping and inventory-control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Train and obtain certification to operate material-handling equipment as required by job duties.
