About The Position

The Warehouse Associate supports Cencora’s U.S. distribution services through its AmerisourceBergen business. The role involves fulfilling customer orders, managing and verifying inventory, and maintaining a clean work area to protect pharmaceutical products and help prevent work-related injuries. Depending on shift assignment, the associate may also verify received products against documentation and report discrepancies or visible damage.

This is a full-time night-shift role scheduled Sunday through Thursday, from 4:30 p.m. until work is finished. Overtime may be required and is mandatory in most distribution centers to support real-time delivery. The position is in a climate-controlled facility and involves repetitive manual work, extended standing and walking, and frequent lifting of products up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a climate-controlled facility.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
• Motivated, hard-working, and dependable, with strong attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work the listed shift hours and overtime.
• Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks consistently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively; products vary in weight and size.
• Comfort walking up to 8 miles per shift; steps vary by role and shift.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse or distribution experience preferred (one year or less).
• Ability to work with RF scanning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Stock and restock products; pick and pack customer orders; and prepare orders for outbound shipping.
• Perform daily cycle counts and research inventory discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor, and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work-related injuries.
• Depending on shift assignment, verify received products against receiving documents and note and report discrepancies or obvious damage.
