About The Position

Uline is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate at its Florida Branch in Naples. The role supports warehouse operations by unloading supplier shipments, replenishing products stored on racking, and preparing workspaces for the next day. The air-conditioned facility includes an on-site fitness center, and Uline provides hands-on training and opportunities for overtime and career growth. The position pays $28–$33 per hour, including a $2 night-shift differential. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Frequently move packages weighing up to 50–70 pounds.
• Comfort using warehouse equipment at heights up to 30 feet.
• Complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Unload supplier shipments while ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Use forklifts or powered industrial trucks to replenish products stored on racking.
• Prepare and organize workspaces for the next day.
