About The Position

This full-time night-shift role supports Cencora's US distribution services through its AmerisourceBergen business. The Warehouse Associate fulfills customer orders by stocking, restocking, picking, packing, and shipping products; performs cycle counts and researches discrepancies; and uses equipment to track, monitor, and verify products. The role also involves maintaining a clean work area and, depending on shift assignment, checking received products against documents and reporting discrepancies or visible damage. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, starting at 4:30 p.m. and ending when work is finished; overtime may be required. Starting pay is $19.20 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $24.71 through opportunities such as shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work in a climate-controlled facility.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
• Motivated, hard-working, and dependable; attendance and punctuality are important.
• Able to work the listed shift hours and overtime; overtime may be mandatory to support real-time delivery.
• Able to perform repetitive manual tasks consistently.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
• Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift.
• Able to stand for long periods.

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse or distribution experience preferred (1 year or less).
• Ability to work with RF scanning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Stock and restock products, pick and pack customer orders, and prepare them for outbound shipping.
• Perform daily cycle counts and research discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor, and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to protect pharmaceutical products and merchandise and help prevent work-related injuries.
• Depending on shift assignment, verify received products against receiving documents and report discrepancies and obvious damage.
